Welcome to our General Meeting!

1. Board Updates:

   • Welcome and Introductions. 

   • Administrative Items

     • Treasurer’s Report and 2021-2022 Budget

     • Approve Meeting Minutes from November General Meeting

   • Kudos to all who donated to this year PTO as we were able to give $760.00 to Sumas Teachers for flood relief and $250.00 to Bellingham Public Schools Foundation’s “Yes Cards”

   • Volunteering for recess support: contact Jennifer.gaer@bellinghamschools.org if  you are interested.

   • Upcoming Events: See our Events + Calendar page for dates and other details.

     • BINGO: January 27th at 6:30 pm. Increased capacity!

     • Spirit Week (week of February 7)

     • Science Fair: February 22-25 (with registration due in Jan.)

     • Science on Wheels (virtual): February 25th (school day event)

     • TBD: Supply Drive for the Family Resource Center

   • General Meetings: we have two more General Meetings scheduled this year.

     • March Meeting: Tuesday, March 8th. Volunteer Information Night. Learn about open Board seats and coordinator/committee positions for next year.

     • May Meeting: Tuesday, May 10th. Board Elections and Budget Review. Vote your next PTO Board in and give feedback on our proposed budget.
